In the heart of the Minervois, halfway between Narbonne and Carcassonee, you will find Domaine Terres George which spreads a mosaic of small plots over Tourouzelle and Castelnau d’Aude, mainly a clay- and limestone soil. The vineyard covers 12 hectares. With sun, wind, expert hands, patience, respect for nature.

Working with delicate fruit: essence of wine, developing small quantities and high-quality wines, it is our challenge to create wines with a both greedy, elegant, fruity and powerful character, every day.

For this we harvested manually at optimum maturity.

The fermentation varies between 22 and 35 days, depending on the wines.

Terres Georges produces in small tanks.

The area offers eight varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache Blanc, Mourvèdre) that result into beautiful wines in a small assortment.
